Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- egg whites - 2 item
- sifted cake flour
- white corn syrup - 2 Tbsp
- shortening half butter - 1 c
- coconut, grated - 1 item
- lemon flavor - 1/2 tsp
- milk from 1 coconut
- Cream until mixture is very fluffy
How to make fresh coconut cake:
