  • sugar - 2 c
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • diced apples - 3 c
  • pecans, chopped - 1 c
  • flour - 3 c
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • powdered sugar
  • cream cheese - 4 oz
  • oleo - 2 Tbsp

How to make fresh apple cake:

Beat the oil, sugar and vanilla; add the next 5 ingredients. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done.

Make frosting with the remaining 4 ingredients.

This is a very easy cake and contains no eggs.
