  • cinnamon - 3 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • flour - 3 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • buttermilk - 1/2 c
  • sugar white - 2 c
  • apples, peeled and sliced thin - 3 c

How to make fresh apple cake:

(Mix by hand.) This is a one-bowl cake. Mix oil and sugar well. Add eggs, flour and cinnamon. Mix in the baking soda and the buttermilk. Add the apples and pecans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 10 minutes in a greased and floured Bundt pan.
