Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- granulated sugar - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- oil - 3/4 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- chopped walnuts - 1 c
- raisins
- chopped apples - 4 c
How to make fresh apple cake:
Optional:1 c. raisins1 c. chopped walnuts1 c. chopped pecans Cream the oil, sugar and vanilla together. Fold in the eggs and apples. Mix the dry ingredients and blend with moist mixture. Stir in optional ingredients. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
