  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • salt
  • flour - 3 c
  • oil
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • beaten eggs - 2 item
  • chopped apples - 3 c
  • walnuts - 1 c

How to make fresh apple cake:

Mix sugar and oil together. Add beaten eggs. Mix dry ingredients and add to sugar mixture. Mix well. Add vanilla, apples and nuts; mix well. Pour into a 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
