Chocolate marble cheesecake
Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 12 oz
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 2 c
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- white sugar - 1/2 c
- chocolate chips, melted
- chocolate wafer cookies or graham cracker crust - 4 oz
How to make chocolate marble cheesecake:
Filling:6 oz. chocolate chips, melted12 oz. cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla2 eggs1/2 c. white sugar2 c. sour cream pinch of salt Mix together wafers and melted butter and pat in bottom of spring-form pan. Will be dry or crumbly.Filling: Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, vanilla, eggs, 1 1/2 cups sour cream and salt; beat well. Blend 1/2 cup sour cream into chocolate chips. Add that to the 1 1/2 cups of the vanilla cheese mixture. Drop by alternating spoonfuls onto the crust. "Marbleize" colors with knife. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Will seem soft. Chill.
