Fresh apple cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• chopped nuts - 1 c
• nutmeg - 1 tsp
• soda - 1 tsp
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• sifted flour - 3 c
• chopped apples
• Wesson oil

How to make fresh apple cake:

Mix eggs, sugar, Wesson oil and vanilla and blend well. Add apples, then dry ingredients. Mix well and add nuts. Bake in a greased and floured Bundt or tube pan at 300° for 1 1/2 hours.
