Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/3 tsp
- brown sugar
- oil
- soda - 1 tsp
- confectioners sugar
- flour, sifted - 3 c
- pecans - 1 c
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- chopped apples - 3 c
- Add the remaining ingredients
How to make fresh apple cake:
Mix with mixer the oil, sugar and eggs. Add the remaining ingredients. Bake at 300° for 1 hour. When done and cool, top with icing.Icing:1/2 c. butter or margarine1 1/2 c. brown sugar1/4 c. milk1 3/4 c. confectioners sugar Melt butter. Add sugar. Boil about 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add milk; bring to a boil again. Cool to lukewarm. Add the confectioners sugar. Beat and spread on cake.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Apple.
