Coca-cola cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• chopped pecans - 1 c
• flour - 2 c
• oil - 1/2 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• cocoa - 3 tsp
• confectioners sugar - 1 lb
• Coca-Cola - 1 c
• buttermilk - 1/2 c
• eggs, beaten - 2 item
• stick butter - 1 item
• marshmallows - 1 c
• mini marshmallows
• In saucepan, add butter, oil, cocoa, Coca-Cola and marshmallows

How to make coca-cola cake:

Sift flour and sugar. In saucepan, add butter, oil, cocoa, Coca-Cola and marshmallows. Bring to a boil and cool. Add to flour and sugar, then add soda, buttermilk, eggs and vanilla. Bake at 350° in a 13 x 9-inch pan for 35 to 40 minutes.Frosting:1 stick butter3 Tbsp. cocoa6 Tbsp. Coca-Cola1 c. marshmallows1 lb. confectioners sugar1 tsp. vanilla1 c. chopped pecans Bring to a boil the first 4 ingredients. Add the confectioners sugar, vanilla and pecans. Spread on cake.
