French pancakes
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 tsp
- milk - 3/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3/4 c
- eggs, slightly beaten - 3 item
How to make french pancakes:
Add sugar and salt to the slightly beaten eggs. Alternately add the flour and milk and then beat thoroughly with beater. Heat medium size frying pan with about a tablespoon of shortening. When very hot, take a tablespoon of batter to thinly coat the pan. Fry until golden brown, about 2 minutes, then turn over.
