  • butter - 2/3 c
  • eggs, separated - 3 item
  • cream - 1 c
  • lemon extract - 1 tsp
  • box coconut - 1 item

How to make french coconut pie:

Mix butter and sugar. Add well beaten egg yolks. Add cream, extract and coconut. Add stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into 2 pie crusts and bake.
