Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- celery seed - 1 tsp
- white vinegar - 1 c
- bell pepper, cut in strips - 1 item
- cucumbers, washed, sliced and peeled - 7 item
How to make freezer pickles:
Mix sugar, vinegar, salt and celery seed and pour over cucumbers. Add bell pepper and onions. Stir every 10 minutes until there is enough liquid to cover. Put in bags and freeze. May be eaten fresh as a salad.Recipe categories: American, Condiments, etc., Vegetables.
