Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- salt - 2 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- onion - 1 item
- cucumbers - 2 qt
How to make freezer pickles:
Slice cucumbers and onions thin. Mix cucumbers, onions and salt together. Mix and store in refrigerator for two hours. Drain but do not rinse. Add vinegar and sugar and mix with onions and cucumbers. Freeze in containers.Recipe categories: American, Condiments, etc., Vegetables.
