Ingredients/Components

  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • milk
  • flour - 1 c
  • confectioners sugar
  • chocolate curls - 1 item
  • large carton Cool Whip - 1 item
  • 1/2 sticks butter - 1 item
  • cut pecans - 1 item
  • boxes instant chocolate pudding mix - 2 item

How to make four layer dessert:

Melt butter; add flour and 1 cup chopped pecans. Work together well. Spread over bottom of large Pyrex dish, 13 x 9-inches. Bake at 325° until very lightly brown.

Cream together the cream cheese and sugar. Fold in the small carton of Cool Whip. Spread over first layer. Go by directions on pudding package to mix, except use 3 1/2 cups milk. Spread over second layer. Spread large carton of Cool Whip on top of final layer. Sprinkle with cut pecans and chocolate curls.

This dessert is better made one day and served the next.
