Ingredients/Components
- vanilla extract - 1 Tbsp
- cold water
- egg whites - 2 item
- cream of tartar - 1/2 tsp
- unflavored gelatin - 2 tsp
- light colored corn syrup - 3/4 c
How to make fluffy white frosting:
Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in a saucepan; let stand 1 minute. Add corn syrup; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, just until mixture comes to a boil and gelatin dissolves.
