Flatbrod
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- boiling water
- white flour - 2 c
- lard or shortening - 3/4 c
- all-bran - 2 c
How to make flatbrod:
Mix and let cool. Roll out and bake on griddle, just to brown. Put on cookie sheet in a 250° oven until crisp. Break into pieces and butter.Recipe categories: European, Scandinavian, Norwegian.
