Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- sugar - 2 c
- boiled milk - 2 c
- anise extract - 1 tsp
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- dash of salt and nutmeg - 1 item
- brown sugar - 6 tsp
How to make flan (custard):
Bring milk to boil and set aside to cool. Beat eggs until frothy. Add sugar, salt, nutmeg, anise and vanilla extracts, then add milk that is cool. Place a half teaspoon of brown sugar in each custard cup. Pour milk and egg mixture into eachRecipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, Tex Mex.
