- eggs - 4 item
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- garlic salt - 1 item
- fish - 1 lb
- onion salt - 1 item
- parsley - 1 tsp
How to make fish balls:
Boil or bake fish; remove all bones, then mash. Beat egg whites until stiff; set aside. Beat egg yolks until creamy; add flour, salt, pepper, a little garlic and onion salt and parsley. Mix together, then add fish and mix well. Add egg whites; fold in. Drop into hot grease until golden brown.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Cod.
