Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- cornstarch - 1/4 c
- water - 1 c
- cocoa - 1/2 c
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- egg whites - 4 item
- light or dark corn syrup - 1/2 c
How to make fat-free chocolate cake:
Preheat oven to 350°. Spray 9-inch square pan with no-stick cooking spray. Combine dry ingredients until well mixed. In separate bowl, whisk egg whites, water and corn syrup. Stir into dry ingredients until smooth. Pour into pan and bake 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Low cholesterol, Low fat.
