Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- cornstarch - 1/4 c
- water - 1 c
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- egg whites - 4 item
- unsweetened cocoa - 1/2 c
- light or dark corn syrup - 1/2 c
How to make fat-free chocolate cake:
Mix flour, sugar, unsweetened cocoa, cornstarch, baking soda and salt in a bowl. In another bowl, whisk egg whites with water and corn syrup. Stir wet ingredients into dry and mix until smooth. Pour into 9-inch square pan, bake at 350° for 30 minutRecipe categories: Low cholesterol, Low fat.
