Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- water - 1 c
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- egg whites - 4 item
- unsweetened cocoa - 1/2 c
- corn starch - 1/4 c
- corn syrup light or dark - 1/2 c
How to make fat-free chocolate cake:
Preheat oven to 350°. Spray 9-inch square baking pan with a nonstick spray. In a large mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients until well mixed. In a separate small bowl, whisk egg whites, water and corn syrup. Add to dry ingredients and stir until smooth. Pour into prepared baking pan; bake 30 minutes.
