Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour
• cornstarch - 1/4 c
• water - 1 c
• cocoa - 1/2 c
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• baking soda - 1/2 tsp
• egg whites - 3 item
• light or dark corn syrup - 1/2 c

How to make fat free chocolate cake:

Spray Bundt pan with light Pam spray. Mix the first 6 ingredients together and set aside. Stir next 2 ingredients with wire whisk for 1 minute, then mix egg whites and corn syrup. Gradually stir liquid ingredients to dry. Mix with wire whisk until smooth. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Serves 16, 140 calories and 0 grams fat per serving.
