Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- cornstarch - 1/4 c
- water - 1 c
- cocoa - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- egg whites - 3 item
- light or dark corn syrup - 1/2 c
How to make fat free chocolate cake:
Spray Bundt pan with light Pam spray. Mix the first 6 ingredients together and set aside. Stir next 2 ingredients with wire whisk for 1 minute, then mix egg whites and corn syrup. Gradually stir liquid ingredients to dry. Mix with wire whisk until smooth. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
