Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 c
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- semi-sweet chocolate pieces - 12 oz
- butter not margarine - 1 c
- milk chocolate pieces - 12 oz
- large marshmallows, cut into fourths - 25 item
How to make fannie mae fudge:
Use a 3-quart saucepan to melt ingredients. Mix sugar, butter, milk and vanilla. Bring to a boil. Boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add marshmallows; stir until melted. Add all the chocolate pieces; stir until melted. Add nuts. Pour into buttered pan. Makes about 5 pounds.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Fudge.
