  • curry powder - 1/2 tsp
  • minced celery - 1/3 c
  • parsley, chopped - 2 Tbsp
  • A - 1 Tbsp
  • almonds, chopped - 2 Tbsp
  • minced, cooked chicken

How to make fancy chicken log:

Beat together the cheese, A.1. sauce and curry powder. Blend in the minced chicken and celery. Mix together the parsley and almonds. Set aside. Mix cheese, A.1. sauce, curry powder, chicken and celery together and form into logs. Roll logs in parsley mixture. Slice and serve on Ritz crackers.
