  • pkg - 2 oz
  • curry powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Ritz crackers - 1 item
  • chopped parsley - 1/4 c
  • minced celery - 1/3 c
  • steak sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped toasted almonds - 1/4 c
  • minced cooked chicken

How to make fancy chicken log:

Beat together cream cheese, steak sauce and curry powder. Blend in chicken, celery and 2 tablespoons parsley. Refrigerate remaining parsley. Shape mixture in a 9-inch log. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill 4 hours overnight. Toss together remaining parsley and almonds. Use to coat log. Serve with crackers. Makes about 3 cups spread.
