Ingredients/Components
- vegetable oil - 1/4 c
- teriyaki sauce - 2 oz
- large onions, sliced - 2 item
- large bell peppers, sliced - 2 item
- stripped raw chicken or steak - 2 lb
How to make fajitas:
Heat oil in a skillet and saute onions, peppers and raw meat. Stir-fry. Add teriyaki sauce as you stir-fry, until vegetables are done. Add meat mixture to warm flour tortillas (like a taco).
