Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- lemon juice - 3/4 c
- garlic powder - 1 Tbsp
- white vinegar
- Season-All - 1 Tbsp
- flour shells - 1 pkg
- large onion, chopped large - 1 item
- chicken thighs, boneless and skinless - 12 item
How to make fajitas:
Cut chicken thighs in 4 slices. Set aside in a large bowl with cover. Melt butter in 2-quart sauce pan. Put onions, Season-All and garlic powder in hot butter. Saute. Pour vinegar and lemon juice over onion mixture. Bring to a boil. Pour over sliced chicken. Cover and let marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours. Place chicken on grill and cook to doneness. Serve on flour shells with guacamole. Good side dishes are pinto beans and Spanish rice.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, < 15 mins, Sandwich.
