Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- ground oregano - 1 tsp
How to make eye of round roast:
Preheat oven for 30 minutes at 500°. Remove all fat from roast and rub with 1 tablespoon cooking oil. Combine all ingredients and sprinkle on roast at room temperature. Cook 5 minutes per pound and then turn off oven and leave for 2 hours. Do not open oven door.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Roast beef.
