Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- Monterey Jack cheese, shredded - 1 pkg
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- small sour cream - 1 item
- soft tacos - 1 2
- chicken breasts bite size - 2 pkg
- can mild green chilies, minced and drained - 1 item
How to make enchiladas:
In a medium pan brown chicken. Add onions and completely cook. Add both soups and cook until creamy. Add 1/2 can chilies. Spoon 2 to 3 spoons of meat mixture into taco shells. Add 2 pinches of cheese. Roll up. Place into a baking pan. Spoon remaining meat mixture over the top. Sprinkle remaining cheese and chilies on top.
