- flour tortillas - 1 item
- small can chopped green chilies - 1 item
- bunch green onions - 1 item
How to make enchiladas:
Mix soup, sour cream, onions and chilies. Cook hamburger meat; add chili powder. Dip flour tortillas in hot oil. Roll hamburger meat topped with sour cream mixture and sprinkle cheese in flour shells. Secure with toothpicks. Bake in a 400° oven until brown.Recipe categories: Poultry, Meat, High calcium.
