- sour cream - 1 c
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- shredded American cheese
- can enchilada sauce - 1 oz
- can chili with beans - 1 oz
- instant onion - 1 Tbsp
- more shredded cheese - 1/2 c
How to make enchilada casserole:
Mix all but 1 cup corn chips. Pour into 11 x 7-inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, in 375° oven for 30 minutes. Spread sour cream, 1/2 cup shredded cheese and 1 cup corn chips over top; bake 5 minutes longer.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Beef.
