  • pkg - 1 oz
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • can tomato sauce - 1 oz
  • shredded American cheese
  • can enchilada sauce - 1 oz
  • can chili with beans - 1 oz
  • instant onion - 1 Tbsp
  • more shredded cheese - 1/2 c

How to make enchilada casserole:

Mix all but 1 cup corn chips. Pour into 11 x 7-inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, in 375° oven for 30 minutes. Spread sour cream, 1/2 cup shredded cheese and 1 cup corn chips over top; bake 5 minutes longer.
