- sour cream - 8 oz
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- ground meat - 1 lb
- can enchilada sauce - 1 item
- onion if desired - 1 item
- bell pepper if desired - 1 item
- bag nacho cheese Doritos - 1 item
- shredded Mexican Velveeta cheese - 1 item
How to make enchilada casserole:
Grease 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam. Crush bag of chips into small pieces. Line bottom of pan with chips, saving a little of the chips. Brown ground meat, onion and pepper, if desired, and drain. Return to pan and add enchilada sauce and soup and mix wRecipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Beef.
