  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • ground meat - 1 lb
  • can enchilada sauce - 1 item
  • onion if desired - 1 item
  • bell pepper if desired - 1 item
  • bag nacho cheese Doritos - 1 item
  • shredded Mexican Velveeta cheese - 1 item

How to make enchilada casserole:

Grease 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam. Crush bag of chips into small pieces. Line bottom of pan with chips, saving a little of the chips. Brown ground meat, onion and pepper, if desired, and drain. Return to pan and add enchilada sauce and soup and mix w
