Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 1/2
- water - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- lean ground beef - 1 lb
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- carrots, sliced - 4 item
- potatoes, peeled and cubed - 4 lb
How to make potato beef casserole:
In greased baking dish, layer potatoes, onion, carrots and beef. Combine soup, water, salt and pepper. Pour over top of casserole. Cover and bake for 55 minutes at 350°. Uncover and cook an additional 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Low cholesterol, Main dish, Casseroles.
