  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • onion - 1 item
  • green pepper - 1 item
  • Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 lb
  • hamburger, browned - 2 lb
  • can enchilada sauce - 1 item
  • enchilada seasoning dry mix - 1 pkg
  • medium bag Doritos, crushed - 1 item

How to make enchilada casserole:

Brown hamburger, onion and pepper. Drain well. Add soups, enchilada sauce and enchilada dry mix and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes. Keep stirred well. Pour over crushed Doritos and add cheese.
