  • hamburger - 1 item
  • enchilada sauce - 2 pkg
  • large onion - 1/2 item
  • to 2 large cloves garlic - 1 item
  • yellow tortillas - 2 pkg

How to make enchilada casserole:

Prepare sauce as directed. Saute onion and garlic; add to hamburger. Do not brown onion or garlic. Break the tortillas in half. Layer sauce and tortillas (like lasagna). Bake for 30 minutes. Cover with grated cheese; bake until hot throughout.
