Ingredients/Components
- beaten egg - 1 item
- shredded carrots - 1 item
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- chopped green onions - 6 item
- shredded cabbage optional - 1 item
- cooking sherry - 2 Tbsp
- egg roll wraps - 1 item
- meat - 1 item
- can La Choy vegetables, drained and chopped - 16 oz
How to make egg rolls:
While browning meat, add all ingredients and other seasonings (optional). After meat is brown, drain any excess liquid. Put 2 tablespoons of mix on wrap (fold in opposite corners, then roll). Wet tip of corner (with water) to close. Deep-fry until lightly or golden brown.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Poultry, Meat.
