  • beaten egg - 1 item
  • shredded carrots - 1 item
  • soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • chopped green onions - 6 item
  • shredded cabbage optional - 1 item
  • cooking sherry - 2 Tbsp
  • egg roll wraps - 1 item
  • meat - 1 item
  • can La Choy vegetables, drained and chopped - 16 oz

How to make egg rolls:

While browning meat, add all ingredients and other seasonings (optional). After meat is brown, drain any excess liquid. Put 2 tablespoons of mix on wrap (fold in opposite corners, then roll). Wet tip of corner (with water) to close. Deep-fry until lightly or golden brown.
