- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 1 tsp
- shredded carrots - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- chopped green onions - 1/4 c
- small clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- cooked rice - 2 c
How to make vegetable rice salad:
