Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- hamburger - 1 lb
- Accent - 3 Tbsp
- large onion - 1 item
- egg roll wrappers - 1 pkg
- to 4 carrots - 3 item
How to make egg rolls:
Grate carrots and boil for 2 minutes. Drain. Grate onions. Place raw hamburger in bowl. Add eggs and remaining ingredients. Mix well. Take wrappers and lay out. Fold into triangle. Then fold corners and top down. Deep-fry for 20 to 25 minutes at 250°.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Poultry, Meat.
