  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • sage - 1/4 tsp
  • hamburger - 2 lb
  • sliced mushrooms - 1/4 lb
  • stalks celery, chopped - 2 item
  • bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
  • large onion - 1 item
  • slices bread, torn - 5 item

How to make meat loaf:

Mix all ingredients; press into loaf pan and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
