Ingredients/Components
- cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
- water - 6 Tbsp
- molasses - 3 tsp
- soy sauce - 12 Tbsp
- carrots - 3 item
- medium cabbage - 1 item
- hot sausage - 1 lb
- egg roll wraps - 2 pkg
- sweet and sour sauce - 1 item
- shrimp, boiled - 1 lb
How to make egg rolls:
Grate cabbage and carrots coarse. Place in large microwave bowl. Add sausage and cook 4 minutes. Stir. Add soy sauce, cornstarch, water and molasses. Microwave until cabbage is wilted and sausage is done, stirring occasionally. Add shrimp and microwave 2 minutes; let cool.Wrap in egg roll wraps, cook until golden brown. Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
