Ingredients/Components
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- well beaten egg - 1 item
- sliced green onion - 2 Tbsp
- cans chicken broth - 2 3/4
How to make egg drop soup:
In wok, slowly stir chicken broth into cornstarch. Cook, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened. Slowly pour in the well beaten egg. Stir once gently. Remove from heat. Garnish with green onion. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Egg, Soups & stews, Clear soup.
