Egg custard pie

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/2 c
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• milk - 4 c
• 8-inch pie shell unbaked - 1 item

How to make egg custard pie:

Mix sugar and eggs. Add a dash of salt and vanilla. Scald milk and add to egg mixture slowly. Pour in pie shell. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
