  • eggs - 4 item
  • milk
  • dry mustard - 3/4 tsp
  • slices bread, cubed - 8 item
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • grated sharp Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • link sausage turkey may be used

How to make egg brunch:

Brown sausage. Drain and cut into slices. Place bread cubes into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle cheese on top. Place sausage on top of cheese. Beat eggs, 2 1/4 cups milk and dry mustard together. Pour over the bread mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Next morning, dilute soup with 2 tablespoons milk and pour over top. Bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours.
