Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 1 doz
  • milk - 1 c
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 3/4 lb
  • English muffins - 6 item
  • small onion, grated - 1 item
  • ground sausage, browned - 1 lb
  • grated Monterey Jack or Mozzarella cheese - 3/4 lb

How to make egg bake:

Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam. Separate muffins and lay in pan. Mix onion, eggs and milk; pour over muffins. Layer cheeses, then sausage, then cheeses. Cover; refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350°. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
