Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 1 doz
- milk - 1 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 3/4 lb
- English muffins - 6 item
- small onion, grated - 1 item
- ground sausage, browned - 1 lb
- grated Monterey Jack or Mozzarella cheese - 3/4 lb
How to make egg bake:
Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam. Separate muffins and lay in pan. Mix onion, eggs and milk; pour over muffins. Layer cheeses, then sausage, then cheeses. Cover; refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350°. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Main dish, Casseroles.
