Easy sweet pickles
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- water - 1 c
- vinegar - 2 c
- cucumbers
- pickling spice - 1 tsp
- salt water - 1 item
How to make easy sweet pickles:
Cut small cucumbers lengthwise. Soak overnight in salt water solution. Drain cucumbers.Make a solution, using sugar, vinegar, water and pickling spice. Heat to almost boiling. Add cucumbers; heat until cucumbers are almost hot. Pack into jars. Add heated solution and seal. Ready to eat in 1 week.
