  • water - 1/4 c
  • packet dry onion soup mix - 1 item
  • chicken pieces - 2 lb
  • jar lo-cal Russian dressing - 1 oz
  • jar lo-cal apricot preserves - 1 oz
  • pineapple chunks and green pepper strips optional - 1 item

How to make easy sweet and sour chicken:

Put chicken in baking dish. Blend all remaining ingredients except pineapple and peppers. Pour mixture over chicken. Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour, covered. Uncover and add pineapple and pepper strips. Bake another 1/2 hour. Serve over rice.
