Easy rice pilaf
Ingredients/Components
- boiling water - 2 c
- margarine - 1/4 c
- bouillon cubes beef or chicken - 4 item
- Rosa Marina - 1/2 c
- rice white or brown, not Minute - 1/2 c
How to make easy rice pilaf:
Melt margarine in a small saucepan (nonstick). Brown rice and Rosa Marina. Add boiling water slowly. Add bouillon cubes. Cover and simmer on low until all liquid is absorbed. This mixes well with small pieces of meat (hamburg, beef or chicken) or add fresh vegetables for crunch.Recipe categories: Pasta, rice and grains, Rice, European.
