Ingredients/Components
- water
- stick butter - 1 item
- cooking sherry - 1/2 c
- cut up chicken - 1 item
How to make chicken and wild rice:
Place uncooked rice in casserole. Add water and sherry. Place uncooked chicken parts on top. Place stick of butter over chicken. Cover with aluminum foil. qPreheat oven to 450°, bake for 50 minutes.
