Easy quiche lorraine
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- slightly beaten eggs - 3 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- bacon, fried, drained and crumbled - 1/2 lb
- sharp shredded cheese - 1/2 c
- shredded Swiss cheese 2 c - 8 oz
- 26 Ritz cracker crumbs - 1 c
How to make easy quiche lorraine:
Combine bacon, onion, eggs, sour cream, Swiss cheese, salt and pepper. Pour into quiche dish. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top. Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Omelets and frittatas, Savory pies.
