Ingredients/Components
- oleo - 1/2 c
- dry onion soup mix - 1 pkg
- medium-sized potatoes, washed unpeeled - 6 item
How to make easy potatoes:
Slice washed potatoes; place in greased casserole. Cut oleo in pieces; distribute evenly over potatoes. Mix contents of onion soup mix; sprinkle half over potatoes. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
